Who is responsible

Mass & Strategy Ltd, trading as MS Party Wall, is responsible for personal information collected through this website. The verified registered office, company number and privacy contact will be added before public launch.

Information used for enquiries

This may include your name, contact details, property address or postcode, project description, notice dates, drawings, notices and photographs that you choose to provide.

Why it is used

The information is used to understand and respond to your enquiry, check whether the proposed service is suitable, identify possible conflicts and take steps you request before entering into an engagement.

Files and retention

Uploaded enquiry files will be stored privately. They will be deleted automatically after 90 days unless a formal engagement is agreed and the material needs to be transferred into the controlled project record.

Service providers

The launch architecture uses Cloudflare for hosting, form processing and private upload storage, and Sanity for public Knowledge content. Providers will be documented in the final notice after the production configuration is verified.

Your rights

You may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your information, and to object or complain. Use the Contact page for a privacy request until a dedicated address is published.
