Party wall notice
Review of the relevant project information, preparation and service of one notice.
Consent + Schedule of Condition
Notice, liaison following consent, inspection and a photographic Schedule of Condition.
Agreed Surveyor
One impartial surveyor acting for both owners to settle the defined party wall matters.
Building Owner's Surveyor
Appointment where the adjoining owner has chosen a separate surveyor.
Adjoining Owner's Surveyor
Time-based work proportionate to the issues that need to be resolved.
What the fee covers
The written scope will identify the owner, property, number of notices or appointments and the included inspection or document work.
Multiple adjoining owners, revised schemes, additional inspections, damage matters or unusual technical issues may need a separate quotation.
The Building Owner usually pays reasonable costs where the work is solely for their benefit, but this is not an unconditional promise that every cost is payable by them.
